Rick Bezet is the founder and lead pastor of New Life Church in Central Arkansas. NLC was America's fastest growing church in 2009, according to Outreach Magazine's Top 100. Rick is also a founding board member and overseer of the ARC, the Association of Related Churches, a church planting organization across the nation.

In 2001, Rick set aside his future as a professional golfer to follow God's call to central Arkansas to start a church. Now ten years later, New Life Church has six campuses, an internet campus, and 18 total services. While Rick is the lead pastor of NLC, he is a church mobilizer, speaker and motivator as well, both nationally and internationally.

Relationship is at the very center of Rick's DNA, which is evident in both the ARC and New Life Church. Along with pastoring, Rick speaks across the globe sharing his passion and vision for church planting and leadership. He is also a team leader of a very prestigious board of directors associated with the IMOT (Israel Ministry of Tourism) located in Jerusalem.

In Rick's spare time, he likes to to golf and watch the LSU Tigers. Rick has been married to his wife, Michelle, for 23 years. They have 4 children: Hunter (20), Hailee (17), Tanner (16), and Grace (13).
